We have made a complete African breakfast blend through and through, to make up for all of the colonist breakfast teas we carry. We got teas from central and southern Africa, specifically we took black teas from Tanzania and Kenya, blended them over a Ugandan base, and threw in a touch of South African honeybush to sweeten the pot. Try this tea straight up for a great, astringent, smooth, malty, and lightly sweet black blend, or make it colonizer style with some milk and sugar (steep it a little longer if you do that, though!) for a more traditional black blend with smoother, supremely malty flavors with that same earthy, sweet undertone.
