Beneath the waves, not deep into the ocean, but on the coast, where light penetrates the waters, cutting through the seaweed, glinting off fish scales, warming the sands, this is where the merrow play. Merfolk, Merrow, whatever you call them, these creatures of coastal waters both cultivate and tend to the kelp forests, their seabed gardens, and the floating algea beds, while also talking and trading with the land-dwellers that seek them out.
This tea is what we like to think the interfacing of merrow and humans would taste like. Grown on land with a taste of the sea, grown in the Colombian jungles, this wild steamed green tea carries top notes of salty sea air, and sweet, tangy notes of citrus, with the classic grassy notes of a steamed green tea. Reminiscent of a kelp forest waving in the tide, this tea is the perfect ambassador between a trader from far inland and a trader from the deeps to meet on common ground.
