An incredible, smooth sheng tea from the mountains of pu-erh aged for over ten years, the Hayfield is one of our best. The earthy flavors blend perfectly with vegetal green notes.
Every pu-erh, whether shu or sheng, has those signature earthy notes we all love, and all of our shus and shengs tastes like different styles and varieties of earth. This one in particular reminds us of a hayfield, like alfalfa being harvested, the smell of rich dirt kicked up by the harvesters, the grass in the air, the smell of fresh growth. It's sublime.
