Made from the four pillars of tea’s history, this is made of a Chinese Keemun, an Indian Assam, a Sri Lankan ceylon, and a Kenyan Kericho black tea, all mixed expertly to make a smooth, earthy, complex flavor that is sure to please black tea fans.
Four Horsemen — Full-Bodied English Breakfast
- Use 7g (≈1 tbsp) of leaf per ½ liter (≈17 oz) of water.
- Use boiling (100°C/212°F) water
- Steep for 4-5 minutes, & strain leaves.
- Add 1-1.5 oz of milk (about a shot glass worth; we suggest Half 'n' Half) and 1-3 tsp of sugar, and enjoy!
